Ava is on the floor near me making a “vroom” noise as she pushes a car around – woo! She spent the last 45 minutes or so lining up the cars in the playroom then brought a shiny one in to me to vroom it.
I know in the grand scheme of things this isn’t much but her increased desire for isolation over the past few weeks was a wee bit unnerving. I respected her desire for the isolation and while I would try to get her to play with me, most of the time I spent sitting on the couch next to her doing my thing while she was on the floor doing her thing.
