Last week, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that the Special Education Voucher Program was unconstitutional. This will leave many students that attend private autism schools in the state scrambling for funding or left to return to the public school systems that failed them in the first place.
The Arizona Autism Coalition is sponsoring a discussion to help parents determine the best course of action for their child.

TIME: 6:30-8:30 PM
LOCATION: Scottsdale Bible Church, 7601 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260
QUESTIONS? Contact Coalition Coordinator, Jessica Lewis, at Jessica@azautism.org.Join the Arizona Autism Coalition and learn more about what you can do as a parent of a school-age child with a disability now that the scholarship program is no longer available. On-Site Respite Option
The meeting site includes a play area and sensory room, so children may attend if they are accompanied by a respite care provider (see below for a list of respite agencies that are Arizona Autism Coalition members). Please contact your usual respite provider agency to make arrangements. However, if your child is not eligible for respite, please contact us before Wednesday, April 6th so that we may request enough volunteers from our member agencies to be available onsite to provide respite care.**Special thanks to meeting sponsors Arizona Autism United and Autism Society of America, Greater Phoenix Chapter!**
